if identify problem in Apps-Manager 

go to support,appsmanager.in

1) click to Submit Ticket 

2) Enter your details and domain name

3) Select Technical problem 

4) Try to describe your problem in Ticket Description

5) If you have screenshot please Attach with Ticket 

6) Now Click on Create ticket
